The console must have been checking for an update or something every hour, and the router would get confused, thinking that it was an internet source since it was plugged into the WAN port, when our internet actually comes in through a coaxial cable. Wanted to post here in case it was of help to anyone. Starting a few weeks ago the internet would appear to disappear from all devices (wired or wireless) on our LAN. LAN connectivity was fine. In my case the outgage would be every hour or so (not regular) and would last for anywhere from a minute to ten minutes. I think you're way ahead of me on tool knowledge. Jan 03, 2016 · My Xbox One disconnects from Xbox live every hour when I randomly play games or watch videos from YouTube on my Xbox one? even when If I'm in the party with friends in the one who randomly disconnects. it's not the Xbox services either as well, still happens when it's fully running. Also, this always happens every two months and stops in a week or two maybe more than that and it's annoying

Its not a big setup. only about 35 vms and one user in particular has her session interrupted about 4-5 times a day lasting about 10 well, I set it up to Static IP, input the correct DNS addresses for my two PC's and the internet works fine. for exactly one hour. Still Disconnecting me for 1-5 seconds every 60 minutes precisely.
Apr 19, 2020 · I recently switched over to AT&T and noticed that every hour, the internet disconnects for roughly 5-10 minutes at approximately the same time. The settings would say that we are connected without internet. After contacting AT&T they had believed it to be a modem issue, but after replacing the modem twice, nothing had changed.

I can no longer ping the gateway at this point but I can ping 127.0.0.1. While this is happening 4 other PC's on the network can still access the internet by the afore mentioned gateway, but cannot talk to the server.
