If I reboot my computer and try to open iTunes immediately after startup, iTunes will open normally. But eventually this same message will appear again after closing iTunes and trying to open it again later. i switched off my iphone 4s for a while. when i tried to open it, it didn't work. i connected it to my laptop and it switched on but the only thing i saw was a black light on the screen without the apple on it. then i pressed and held the sleep and home button at the same time And it worked, the apple appeared and finally i went back to business.
