I joined virgin broadband on Tuesday, since then we have managed to have 30mins of broadband. It is now advising me that there is an issue and can not connect. The devices can find and join the WiFi but then not connecting to internet. The status shows broadband issue. Internet access denied and also gateway IPv4 address is not valid.
